Product description
Sword press SP-40 is designed and manufactured to press together rivets on saw bars.
The press itself sits under a protective cover and on the front of the table there is a control panel/electrical center. Under the left work table are the hydraulics and other details
A saw blade is inserted into a narrow opening in the lower part of the protective cover and into the press. Then you press a control pedal the press goes down and presses the rivets together on the front of the saw blade. Then you take out the finished saw blade and insert a new one
The press consists of a powerful hydraulic cylinder which, via two shafts, presses down the upper part with the punch against the fixed pad.
The press sits under a protective cover to prevent damage. The cover is removed during service work.
The hydraulic equipment (except the press cylinder) is located to the left of the press, under the left work table. It is protected by two removable plates. The equipment consists of: electric motor, hydraulic pump, valves, hoses and hydraulic oil tank.
