Furnace Camera EK-60 is used to get a visual moving camera image of flame beds in different types of boilers. To cope with the heat in the bed, a cooling system is used that uses water that circulates inside the lance, which lowers its temperature.
The internal cooling water system is adapted to the furnace cameras and has a built-in safety circuit that prevents overheating.
The system consists of a stainless 150 liter water tank, water pump, cooling unit with fan and hoses and pipe components.
To prevent dust and soot from ending up on the front lens protective glass, there is also a compressed air or fan system.
